A focused state of attention for exploring what's behind a pattern.
Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, concentrated state of attention to explore patterns, associations, and perspectives — and to support practicing new responses. It's a collaborative process; you remain aware and in control.

A focused state of attention
Hypnotherapy involves a relaxed, concentrated state of attention — not sleep, and not loss of control. It's a natural capacity most people can develop.
Exploring patterns
In that focused state, it can be easier to notice associations, perspectives, and responses that may be running in the background of a pattern.
Collaborative, not passive
You remain aware and in control throughout. The practitioner guides; you participate. Nothing happens that you don't agree to.
Part of a larger process
Hypnotherapy is one tool within the broader Identify–Explore–Edit–Scout–Navigate process, used when it fits your goal.
What hypnotherapy is not.
- It is not mind control, and no one can make you do something against your values.
- It is not a medical or psychiatric treatment, and no claims are made about diagnosing, treating, or curing any condition.
- It is not a substitute for licensed mental-health or medical care when that's what's needed.
