You choose the destination. We investigate the route.
Navigator Coaching is goal-directed, active change work. You stay the Navigator — choosing the direction and deciding what to practice next. Cressler serves as Scout, helping you explore the terrain, notice obstacles and resources, and map possible routes forward. The story and the destination stay yours.
You're the Narrator & Navigator. Cressler is your Host & Guide — you choose the destination, together you investigate the route.
Name the destination
Get specific about the behavior, response, or outcome you actually want — not just what you want to stop. The Navigator chooses the direction.
Read the terrain
Look at the contexts, associations, beliefs, and narratives that may be maintaining what's happening — what's on the page and what may be hiding between the lines.
Scout possible routes
Explore practical, workable alternatives and resources that fit where you're headed. The Scout doesn't decide where you go — only helps investigate the route.
Practice and navigate
Change is rehearsed. Each session builds something you can try in real life, then we learn from the feedback and adjust the route.
Selected around your goals — not one technique for everyone.
Sessions may draw on NLP, TIME Techniques, CORE Success Coaching, and EFT Techniques as practical tools, used in plain language. No scientific or medical claims are made about any of them. The method follows your goal, not the other way around.
Scope & Appropriate Support
