Music as a way to settle, arrive, and integrate.
Alongside the change work, Cressler offers music and recordings — guitar, synths, vocals, and hand percussion — as a complement to the practice. It's an invitation to slow down, notice, and reconnect. Not a treatment; a practice of flow.
You're the Narrator & Navigator. Cressler is your Host & Guide — you choose the destination, together you investigate the route.
A way to settle
Years of performance, drum circles, and playing for people taught Cressler that sound and rhythm can help settle a nervous system and quiet a room. Music as a way to arrive somewhere a little calmer than where you started.
Flow, not force
For Cressler, music has always been a form of healing — moving energy rather than fighting it. “Be like water.” The same orientation shows up in the change work: integration over resistance.
Recordings to keep
Recordings can be used between sessions — a few minutes to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. A practice you can return to on your own time.
Complementary, not a substitute
Music and recordings support the broader change work; they are not a medical or mental-health treatment and are not a replacement for licensed care when that's what's needed.
Recordings and offerings.
Music and recordings are offered as a complement to the change work — to support settling, breath, and presence between sessions.
